Making your purchase could not be simpler. Browse through the products in the catalogue click on the products you require and put them into your shopping basket. You will then be asked a few questions so that your order can be fulfilled and despatched to you. All information on the website and any printed material remains the property of Go2H2o / TRI-IT and its suppliers. Any unauthorised copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited. Payments can be made by most credit and debit cards on line or by phone.
For organisations we can set up an account and invoice you (subject to the usuall references being taken). You can be assured that any personal information remains strictly confidential and is not passed on to any other organisation. When you place the order we will need some information from you.
We also ask for a telephone number this is only used to inform you of your orders progress. We endeavour to keep the details and product information on the website as up to date and accurate as possible. We represent several manufacturers products and from time to time specifications, colours and prices do change and we can not be held responsible for changes as a respect of direct manufactures changes and alterations. Through out the year on certain products we may experience delays in availability however we will endeavour to fulfil your order as promptly as possible. We will at all times keep you informed of any delays that could occur. Any sales or special offer items and limited in availability and are on a strictly first come first served basis. All items that are in stock we aim to despatch out on either the same day or next day. Any items not in stock you will be informed of delivery times at the time the order is placed. These can vary according to the individual suppliers despatch and availability. We can deliver to you in several ways.
For larger items we use a courier service and is usually despatch the next day after the order has been placed. If you require a next day delivery this can be provided however there may be an extra cost to yourself involved. All costs for delivery will be confirmed at time of order. Alternatively orders can be collected from us in store. Upon receiving your order it is important you inspect the goods. If in doubt open the packaging and inspect the goods. If you are satisfied that the product is received in good order then please sign the delivery note with the courier. If this note has been signed and later the goods appear to be damaged we cannot deal with any claims for goods damaged in transit. It is important to check before signing. We make every effort to ensure that all products that leave us are fit for the purpose they were manufactured for and are free from any defects. All unwanted and unused goods you are free to return within 30 days. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless defected and are being returned as part of a warranty claim. If you have to return products to us please in the first instance please contact us by phone. If it is decided that a product return is required please send the product back to us if possible with the entire original packaging and labelling by a secure delivery method (i.e. one that requires a signature as proof of delivery). On receipt of the goods we will contact you with regards our findings and if required a replacement or refund. You are responsible for the return delivery to us any postage back to you will be payed by us except for the larger items i.e. Canoes, Kayaks, Paddles. |
